This should say it all for this dealership and their service department. I own an ARIYA 2024 and just bought a charging adapter. Returning home from Dartmouth Hitchcock cardiology appt and stopped to charge at Berlin exit Comfort Inn. Plugged in the adapter and Tesla super charger and 3 hours later with a failed charge could not disconnect the charger from my car ( found a way) then could not disconnect adapter from Tesla charger. Formula Nissan went above and beyond in their efforts to help me with my car. They actually get a lot of EV owning customers like me who are unable to receive help from Freedom Nissan in South Burlington because Freedom Nissan is not set up to work on EVs Big thanks to Craig and the service department for giving me and my car their full attention.
