Gave Formula Nissan a second chance for help with a 2023 Nissan Frontier that experienced the same issue as it did in December where they wouldn’t do anything until after the battery froze and lost codes. I've been doing business here for a few years now. I purchased a Frontier and NV200 from you guys. I now have a 2024 Titan purchased from Lebanon, Nissan because you guys didnt have any Titans at the time. Several months ago I called about a check engine light, oil change and tire rotation and scheduled months in advance. Horrible place. Sold me a car that is legit a lemon and am stuck with it after I have repeatedly told them countless times I needed a safe reliable car for my job. Now I am stuck with an unsafe vehicle with no other option besides repossession on my record and men that refuse to talk to me. I’ve purchased 2 different Rogues through this particular dealership. With that said Never again. The first Rogue had Transmissions issues after 2 years and was just barely passed the warranty so I traded it in still owing 10,000$ that rolled over into another rogue that I was put into there and it immediately has issues that I addressed and no one took seriously until my warranty ran out then was told it was the transmission.
