So glad I discovered Formula H Motorworks. I'm a new customer and have been very happy with my two maintenance services so far. Formula H staff pay attention to detail. On my first service they discovered a taillight that was out. On second they pointed out I had forgotten to have my car inspected (and of course, inspected the car for me). We have been bringing our Honda's to Formula H Motorworks for several years and have always had excellent service at a fair price. It is nice to find a business with this kind of integrity.
Not only did they replace my timing belt as promised, but identified some potential problems related to faulty work done at an undisclosed location. Their selection of an Apple based computer system in 2000 is another indication of creative forward thinking management. I'm looking forward to the much needed customer service area renovation, so that customers have a comfortable place to wait for their beloved Hondas.
We have been using FORMULA H for about 30 years. We keep buying Hondas & FORMULA H keeps them running for a long time. The staff there are knowledgable, honest & genuine. They explain everything upfront before the work is done. I totally trust them & our cars have never broken down on us. One had almost 200,000 & the only reason we sold it was because we needed a bigger Honda. I highly recommend them. Formula H & Hondas are a GREAT pair.
