I went to do an inspection and they were trying to screw me. They said I needed brakes and it was going to be $700 and something. I told them no I'm going somewhere else and then they charged me for a failed inspection. I have never heard that in my life, charging you for a failed inspection. Be careful they will try and high ball you because I went somewhere else and it's way cheaper.
I had my truck fixed here. It was an expensive fix but Formula Ford came back timely and under the quoted price. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had an unrelated issue with the truck afterwards and they diagnosed it remotely and were able to fit me in the next day between other vehicles and got it fixed. On top of that, they provided me with courtesy cars throughout the process and were very helpful. I highly recommend them. They are honest and friendly.
The staff from top to bottom is kind, considerate, and knowledgeable. Whether buying my new truck or servicing my Nissan, the service is top notch.
I recently bought a used 2018 Explorer Sport from out of state with some open recalls. I brought the truck in last week to get these taken care of. This was my first time visiting Formula Ford. The service advisor was very friendly and the tech took care of my issues fairly quickly. Thanks to this experience I feel comfortable coming back for my routine maintenance in the future.
