Had a great experience at the dealership today! Maegan was super helpful and took the time to note all my concerns about the fit and finish issues on my 2025 Escape. I also got to speak with Ralph, the technician, and he was awesome. He walked around the car with me, listened to everything, and took care of all the issues way faster than I expected.
