Had a last minute switch up and was serviced at this location from my usual Summerhill location. I had a hydrate and glow facial with Seham and she was so gentle and kind. She made the experience so relaxing and was super knowledgeable about every step. Would absolutely recommend her!
Really disappointing experience…. Was genuinely excited to try this place but from the moment I walked in I was treated like I shouldn’t be there. During the treatment I asked a few questions like how to compliment or extend results from the facial or how often I should be doing it and the person helping me said “I don’t really know… it’s probably just whatever feels right” which felt like the most passive aggressive way to say “you’re not wanted here and I’m not going to even pretend to provide a good experience.
Seham was AMAZING. She was so kind and gentle and I loved yapping with her! I got the bespoke facial and it was such an incredible experience. My skin looks amazing and feels incredible and Seham was so informative about what products to use and how best to improve my skin. She was so fun to talk to and so skilled with her service. i had my first appointment yesterday with jen, and the entire experience was phenomenal. very friendly staff, great atmosphere, and left with my skin feeling hydrated and smooth. amazing experience and i highly recommend going!
