I really enjoyed the whole process, and that my aesthetician explained each step to me. The space is beautiful, I love the tiles and all the shades of green (including the chlorophyll water!). Looking forward to my next visit!
I was extremely disappointed with the facial I received. The esthetician rushed through the entire service and repeatedly mentioned that she did not have enough time. Considering I paid the full price, I expected much better service. She also commented negatively on my skin, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. If my skin were perfect, I would not need a facial in the first place. She seemed hesitant to perform any treatments and insisted that I could only have the pregnancy facial.
