I first became a patient of ForMotion Clinic (formerly SRT Prosthetics & Orthotics) in February 2024 while in a nursing home recovering from a below-the-knee amputation. They were friendly and thorough, and scheduled follow-up and adjustment visits at their Kokomo facility and at the nursing home. They arranged very reasonable financing for my copay. What can I say? From the very first time I wheeled myself into the SRTOffice I was made to feel like I was part of their family. Rachel the receptionist greeted my wife and I with a big smile and offered us water and coffee like we had been going there for a long time. John came out and gets us and again made us feel like we were a part of his family. He sat down with us and talked to us about the procedure and what to export. “I just wanted to share a quick note about SRT Prostetic Kokomo. They do a really great job. I’m glad I decided to work with them. John Arnold makes it easy for you to explain what you are feeling and makes the adjustments correctly. I’ve been with them since 2017 with great results. The receptionist Rachel confirms and sets your appointments with accuracy and pleasantries. Five stars for sure!!
