They ARE TERRIBLE, they want people to work for standards they do not hold! Shift leads are drunk and take an hour break and leave the staff with nothing to do. Wondering why nothing gets done. Ford’s parts can’t get printed because the machines catch fire. Then blame it on temps who they do not train. Don’t work here, don’t buy here. Forming is disgusting. There is a fly infestation, roaches, and the water fountains are disgusting. This is NOT a factory. This is not a place to work or buy from, go to ADAC..
