My husband went in to wheeler this morning at 9am. It was an utter atrocity. There were only 2 people ahead of him and by 11am, they had only seen one person. He was given an estimated visit time of 1:30pm! My husband literally walked out at 11:05 after repeatedly hearing the receptionists discuss getting drunk and “needing a drink.” This is supposed to be a rehab facility!!! They were incredibly rude and disorganized. It can be hard enough for people who need rehab or counseling services to walk in to one of these places… t... read more
Friendly staff while in waiting room and my counselor is great. Overall a good experience.
Had an absolutely great experience with my daughter . Staff is very nice caring and welcoming.
