Formed Space was great to work with. There was always good communication throughout the project and the overall result matched exactly like the initial design. Owner Conrad was very attentive and always reaching out if any questions came up. The Ofrenda Group is really appreciative of the hard work and attention to detail of the overall construction. We will definitely recommend Formed Space in the future.
Conrad & Company were fantastic to work with for our gym they built out in Lincoln Park (TRAIN Moment). This was the 5th major build out I've done and I've been looking for the right crew to keep working with - and Formed Space is it. They are responsive and they truly care about their craft and the final result. Update: 2 year after the fact they are still responsive when I have questions about my build! They are awesome. I'll recommend these guys to anyone.
Formed Space is a great GC option for residential and commercial projects. Their team is responsive and collaborative through the building process, and they work well with designers to deliver great work. I have worked with Formed Space on full residential gut rehabs and commercial tenant build outs, and all of the projects turned out great !
As an architect, I have worked with many GCs and Formed Space is, without question, the best group I have worked with. When I renovated my own home, I knew I wanted to hire them, and they did a fantastic job. Conrad and his team are experienced, thorough, and conscientious.
