Formed Space is a great GC option for residential and commercial projects. Their team is responsive and collaborative through the building process, and they work well with designers to deliver great work. I have worked with Formed Space on full residential gut rehabs and commercial tenant build outs, and all of the projects turned out great !

We interviewed several contractors for the renovation of our condo building lobby. Formed Space was by far the clear winner based on his prior work, architectural background and can do approach. Conrad and his team were so easy to work with, kept us fully updated on progress of the project and provided solutions when the inevitable construction hiccups occurred.
