Worst experience I’ve had with an urgent care. They do not care about their patients and wish I could get a refund for my copay. Do not waste your money here.
The worst communication I’ve ever dealt with. They’re going to call me back “in 5 minutes” on Monday. I’ve now heard that every day at least once for 5 days. Instead of admitting they never sent my test in, they hang up on me. Stay far away from this place. Go ANYWHERE else.

Pésimo servicio mis familiares se realizaron prueba de Covid por motivo de viaje. Se realizaron la prueba 2 veces, a uno de ellos le salió positivo. Sin ningún malestar ninguna de las personas con las que convivió en esos días, absolutamente nadie. Resulta que llegan a ecuador para salir de dudas, se realiza las pruebas pertinentes y resulta ser que ninguno sale positivo, y más aún ni si quiera le ha dado el Covid porq todos esos resultados se pueden fijar en el examen. No lo recomiendo.

Despite my constant asking, Maria kept me calm and promised me I would get them in time. very bad service very bad customer service they leave you waiting for hours waiting on the phone and I never talked to them I had to go to cvs to talk to them I will never get there again in my life
