Viviana was great to work with! We love the stone selection!
This is unfortunate but my floor could not be installed for one year after purchase because of contractor sub delays, structural inspections delays. After starting the install we found 18 large tiles broken and Formation would not reimburse me for the broken tile. They claimed the rep from the manufacturer would not pay because of the length of time to install. I can’t recommend this company because I think they should cover the cost of the broken tiles. This is not my first experience with rebuttable tile companies.
