Formatic Property management has Brittany Mcdevitt .She's been my manager since October she's very honest and kind. she's has helped me with my apartments a great deal, she's very good in her job and untangling rental unit problems quickly. She has the backbone to handle even the most difficult residents. She came to me in a time when I needed someone the most and was about to give up and sell my units. With her and Formatic team behind me I have hope that everything will soon turn around for the better.
Terrible service. Scheduled their self tour but was not given instructions how to access property. Tried calling for over 3 hours and couldn't get a hold of someone. Absolutely do not recommend using their service particularly Formatic - Whittier
If I could give them 0 stars I would!!! I was interested in a property being managed by this company and honestly it screams scam !!! After finally getting someone on the phone and scheduling a viewing I went to check out the home which had no key in the lock box!!!!!!!!!!! I called 14 times at least and nobody answered or even bothered calling me back !!!!! Don’t trust them at all these are extremely unprofessional!!!!

I got the pleasure in meeting Brittany this morning and her professionalism, kindness and her willingness to go further and beyond to help me with my new apartment can’t be match . This company should know that she represents herself and this company to the highest standards. I was dealing with fraud and being scam and she took control of the situation.
