I have been with Formatic property Management for a year in a half the company has helped me a great deal. Brittany Lynn Mcdevitt is my property management manager she's never stir me wrong ,she's a very kind hearted person, she's very intelligent in what she does. I also work with Ron Vomero both of these people work good as a team .Ron is a caring man .I don't know what I would do if I didn't have these two .
I’m giving three stars because the issues were eventually resolved by the CEO, but the journey to get there was incredibly frustrating. While the company started off responsive, things went downhill during property repairs. I was charged $13k for an exterior paint job on a 2-bed, 1-bath home, and the vendor used the wrong color. My manager, Maya, routinely ignored the company’s 2-day response guarantee, often taking 1–2 weeks to reply. When I asked for her supervisor, she ghosted me.
