Fantastic experience with Formarda Building Design & Drafting. A huge thank you to Andrew for all his support and guidance throughout the planning process for our development. He was knowledgeable, responsive and incredibly helpful at every stage, making the whole process much easier to navigate. I’d recommend Andrew and Formarda to anyone looking for professional building design and planning support.

Needed a renovation done and thought I could do it myself, quickly learned otherwise.. Andrew was excellent. He was consultative in the building design and responsive throughout

We engaged Formarda to develop proposals for the refurbishment of our old Queenslander. We were very happy with the result and are waiting on our preferred builder to be able to commence work. Andrew consulted closely on the details of the internal redesign making the living space more compatible with our lifestyle and everyday needs Thanks

We approached Formada to design our home in Thornlands and had a great experience from start to finish. Our block is a tight battle axe block, which added some real complexity, but they worked through the access and design constraints smoothly and came up with a layout that made the most of the space. They were thorough with their process and showed a strong understanding of both cost considerations and building regulations. Would happily recommend them to anyone planning a build

Andrew was a real gentleman to deal with - patient, responsive, and always willing to help. His prices were very reasonable and the quality of his work was great. I will be using Andrew again on the next project without doubt.
