Previously I thought they only sold used wedding dresses but that’s not true! They have tried on dresses from other boutiques, sample dress, and their own line! I found my Pinterest board dress here. Heather was my original stylist and we chatted the whole time, I felt so relaxed and welcomed. Would recommend Formality to everyone. Penny was incredible, made me feel so special and beautiful. Me and my family had the most incredible day there. I found my dress but did not feel pressured at all while looking. It is so nice to not have to worry about prices while dress shopping. It lets you truly pick a dress because you love it and not because of the cost. Thank you Penny for making my day so special!!!!
This was the third place I went dress shopping at & where I found the one! I worked with Ambria and the experience was so amazing! I wish I would’ve gone here first. The place itself is absolutely beautiful, clean and it is so calming inside. They let you look at the dresses yourself which I wasn’t able to do at any other place I went shopping. Formality bridal is truly exceptional. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed, taken care of and excited. I had the last appointment of the night with Heather, so it was just us there and she was phenomenal! I told her what I was looking for and that have an autoimmune issue that makes my skin sensitive so it could be tricky.
