Love Penny! She really knows what she is doing and made you feel comfortable. Beautiful shop! Lots of choices. Prices were great. Only had to make two trips back for alterations. Which is amazing.
I have been waiting a couple months before I posted this. I wanted to give the owner ample time to respond to my numerous emails and follow up emails as well. I requested Heather as she was recommended by a friend, and she was nothing short of amazing! She was so friendly, easy to talk to, and made me feel completely comfortable. The shop was so cute, and the dress selection was fabulous, which definitely made it hard to choose a favorite! I’m so happy to say this was my first and only stop. I have absolutely zero complaints and would recommend them to anyone! 🤍

I CANNOT say enough amazing things about Formality. My stylist, Heather, was incredible. She was attentive and kind without being overbearing. As soon as I stepped into my dress I knew it was the one. The VIB experience of having a private room was well worth the money, especially given how affordable my gown was!
