Had an absolutely AMAZING time wedding dress shopping. They have a GREAT selection, and an even greater sales attendant. Heather was PERFECT. Attentive, polite, and very helpful. Definitely ask for her to assist you on your appointment. I've been to David's bridal, and the rooms are tiny and cramped, and this was so much better. Thier fitting rooms are easily 3x the size of one of the small rooms at davids bridal. And Heather's customer service was also much better than at davids bridal. 10/10 would recommend!!
Molly was great! She was so kind and helpful with my future daughter in laws dress appointment. She didn’t stop until we found the one! The whole staff were very kind and the owner makes you feel welcome. Definitely a place to go to for your wedding dress.
Ambria at Formality bridal was absolutely amazing! She was so kind and helpful! She made me feel so comfortable and helped me when at times things started to become over whelming, as there are so many beautiful options.
Although I ended up getting my dress else where I couldn’t recommend formality enough, especially Heather!! I had two appointments with her and each one was absolutely great! She truly shows so much compassion for her job. I was able to try on a good variety of dresses and was in no way shape or form rushed or made to feel like I was on a “time limit”.
