Owner is not a nice person! She's rude and disrespectful don't waste your time with a very limited selection there's plenty of other bridal shops that actually have morals and a lot more gowns
I had the best experience at Formality. My stylists, Heather was so helpful and attentive to my day on getting the dress I wanted! She was insightful on helping me vision the dress if I was unsure and making sure the day was my day. I highly recommend Formality’s to any bride!
Heather was amazing. I came by myself and I was crying before the process even started with anxiety. She assured me and made me feel so incredibly comfortable. The prices are really $999 and under. There is a nice variety of dresses as well. I found my dress and it wouldn't have been possible without her help. ❤️
The team here is second to none. Amazing humans, supportive and encouraging environment if you're worried how things will fit you, they listen to your preferences to make sure you find what's right for you, and are super informative to make sure you have the best experience. I cannot recommend Formality highly enough!!
