Wonderful !!!! Have used this business for several years. Youngest daughter is getting married and we had some trouble getting the bridesmaids dresses and Stacia made all 4 and they are just beautiful !!! Could not be any happier
Terrible place. I paid extra for her to fix a dress and she didn't fix it right. Gave no refund or apology. Will never go there again!
Sacia at Formal Fantasy LITERALLY saved the day! We need a black tux, white shirt, and black bow tie for my 5 year old. We had looked at every store you can name in Houston and could only find Easter colored suits or pinstripes. We found a black tux in Stillwater at JC Penney, but no bow ties and they only had ones in sizes larger than he is. We had my daughter's wedding dressing alterations done here instead of in Tulsa where we purchased the dress. Stacia was very helpful and VERY knowledgeable. Even when the alterations turned out differently in the hem and bustle than it should have been she corrected it without hesitation. In the beginning of the wedding process we did order bridesmaid dresses through one of the companies she orders from. The owner is amazing! She completely reconstruced my one piece wedding dress (that I bought 2 sizes too small) into a gorgeous 2 piece corset style dress. It was exceptional and the alteration prices were remarkabley cheaper than anywhere else I could have gone. She was an angel and saved my wedding day!!!! Highly highly recommend for the quality of work and craftmanship!
The atmosphere was very comfortable. Even though this was my first visit, I knew I was leaving my dress in good hands. The staff was very professional. They asked all the right questions to find out exactly what I needed. Thier knowledge and expertise showed in the finished product. I couldn't have asked for a better fit. I will definitely be using their services in the future.
Very friendly employees, very knowledgeable about dresses and alterations, honest and friendly. I will definitely be taking my business there not only to buy dresses but for any alterations I need as well.
