Fantastic company. Misti was great to work with getting our trip scheduled and Chad (our driver) was punctual and very polite. Will definitely use Formal Express for future outings.
We used Formal Express for transportation to take 19 crazy ladies to FedEx Field to see Ed Sheeren in concert! Chad was our driver for the evening and he was at the pick up spot even before our designated meet time. He was very professional and has the patience of a saint to deal with the nonsense he encounters on these Party Buses! The 30 passenger bus was clean, comfortable and COOL and us more mature ladies appreciate a good cooling system! Incredible customer service! I called on a Sunday morning with one hour to find a driver for pickup. Misti handled personally and headed out immediately to get there on time. Will definitely be using them again!
