We went to FE after a very disappointing trip to men's warehouse, which we had only gone to because most of our groomsmen live out of Chico and there are multiple locations for them to choose from. Anyway, from the moment we walked in we were enthusiastically greeted by Russell who gave us wonderful, knowledgable service. I'll be revisiting both, this fine establishment, as well as this post. I only recently moved back to Chico, and from my first experience on, hands down Formal Education provides one of the best customer experiences. The owner is often in, engaging with the local crowd, managing a very knowledgeable and friendly staff, greeting most by name, as they enter the industrial designed shop. Really friendly staff, good atmosphere, good deals. The thing I didn't like is customer service, specifically communication to me about my order. I spent hundreds of dollars and was never updated on the delivery. They told it would be in at a particular time and that time would come and go, I'd just never hear back. Overall, this issue negatively affected my over all experience.
Best overall store in Chico, staff is just as helpful and amazing
