First class service and when I need to look good, it’s the only place I think of.
I’ve shopped here a few times over the last few years and this place has gotten better with each visit. I was greeted and offered a beverage. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I’m looking forward to Sunday hours, as I work a normal 9-5 job and it is difficult to get into Chico on my weekends to shop specifically for men’s clothing. Overall I think that Formal Education is moving in a great direction.
Aveed made this process as easy as it gets! He and his staff were knowledgeable, courteous, and made the whole process fun! One of my groomsmen lived in a different city and was unable to come in to get fitted, which was no problem. His suit, shirt, shoes, and everything else needed were sent to him so he could try them on, to be ready for the wedding. A different size of pants were needed, and Aveed was on it! I had an excellent experience renting suits for my groomsmen and myself. They have ton of different options and the customer service is impeccable. Aveed always makes me feel like his number one customer whenever I come in the store. When I want some high quality wears, Formal Education is my only stop.
I absolutely love Formal Education. Not only did they help my husband and his groomsmen get suits for our wedding - they all happened to look exceptionally handsome in them - but they offer barbers and tailoring in home as well. Well, first of all we love Formal Education. My husband has been getting his hair cut here for about a year! So to be able to rent our suits here for our wedding was a no brainer! Aveed made the whole process so stress free and was so easy to get a hold of when we had a minor issue.
