I arrived on time and was given lots of paperwork to fill out by hand. This wasn’t sent to me prior to the appt and I wasn’t told to arrive early to do this. The esthetician was very rude. She gave me confusing instructions pre-session, which cut time out of my session, her tone of voice was very clipped, she was clearly annoyed for some reason, and she did not take my measurements prior to the treatment.
