I had an incredible touring experience with Tahlia—she was simply amazing. After visiting four other properties before Forma, I now realize I had been wasting my time. This is exactly what I've been looking for: exceptional customer service, a detailed tour, and a guide who was patient and kind. The residents also seemed friendly, leaving a fantastic impression. Overall, it was a great experience that led me to decide to rent here. I hope my future stay lives up to these high expectations!
The Staff at Forma have been so friendly and respectful. From questions about the fragrances used in the lounge, the music playlists to questions about the apartment and building, the staff always there. Whenever I have a question, Franco and Talia are always there to help in any way they can with a smile. Worst experience! I was shown 15 floor cause 6 floor was not vacant, I applied for 6 floor cause that’s what they send me to apply but it was 15 floor application. Now I had to take it since I was left no choice so I did but then very emergency situation happened and they told me that I can’t get my deposit back so please please be careful about all this cause they don’t care about your hard earned money
