After two years of living here, I decided to move away. We’ve been residents at Forma for just over four months and couldn’t be happier with our decision to live here. From the warm, welcoming staff — a special shoutout to Tahlia, Franco, and the overnight security team — to the thoughtfully designed apartments and unbeatable location, Forma truly has it all. The layouts are a particular highlight: our unit is the same square footage as our old place, yet the clever use of space makes it feel twice the size. We absolutely love calling it home.

Really good food! Spaghetti was perfect, garlic bread was on point, and the salads were super fresh. Will definitely come back! 🍝🥖 Waiter was very nice as well.

I feel like every high-rise has a good view, but this is the place if you need easy access to transportation and still want a family in terms of neighbors and the front desk. Franco and Thalia— are extremely responsive and LaTrisse came through for with me when I had to renew my lease while out of the country.
