I double down on this 5 star to 10! Finding Dr. Kelner has been a life changing experience for me and my husband who has watched me suffer through 55 surgeries, the first three injuring me beyond any possibility to recover from. I’ve never countered such a condescending/ rude DR not to mention completely unhelpful. Instead of passing judgment on someone reaching out to you for help how about you do your job and just help. It’s not easy asking for help just for this very reason. Think twice about how you speak to someone

Best Practice ever!! If the rest of the medical world could follow this practices lead, this country would be in a way better place health wise! The 5min doctor visit where they don’t even look up at you is over ! The future of medicine is here and Form is the model!
