Placed a large order (full kitchen, multiple bathrooms and a few miscellaneous cabinets) and the company proceeded to go completely dark. Found out they fired most if not all of their staff and now are not returning emails or voicemails. Please stay away from this company.
A True 10/10 Experience Design Process: We worked with a designer to bring our dream kitchen to life. They sent us samples, accommodated our revisions, and were incredibly patient throughout the process. It was a pleasure working with the folks at FORM on my kitchen renovation! The process was seamless - from setting up online design meetings, uploading measurements and photos, receiving cabinetry samples, to order fulfillment and post-installation troubleshooting. Communication was always clear and timely, and replacements for damaged pieces were promptly dispatched. The FORM business model provides a good value proposition for those not wanting to pay for a completely customized solution. Highly recommend!
