Love FoRM Health! I have been seeing Dr. Herman for PRP scalp rejuvenation for the past year. It has made a huge difference in maintaining my hair density. Highly recommend!
Excellent service. Dr. Hermann is very knowledgeable in hair loss and PRF. She utilizes a small vibrating plate while she is doing the injections on the scalp. I barely feel the injections. I highly recommend this service and utilizing Dr. Hermann. She is a very good listener.

As a fellow practitioner, I can honestly report that Ryan has genuine passion for this medicine and is top notch practitioner.
