Honestly from the minute you walk into the door to the end of whatever treatment, therapy or visit you have it is nothing less than stellar with the entire Team at FoRm. The Adminstrative staff are so very competent in what they do and are all just really kind people. I am trying dry needling for the first time and experiencing huge improvement working with Sharon
I've worked with Dr Tuson Turner for a couple of years now, going so far as to choose to work with her out of network because I wanted to work with a provider who would not only listen but hear me - and she does. She's thorough, compassionately curious, and is never in a rush to end our time together. I've also worked with Dr Reedhead and she is equally engaging and invested. I cannot recommend this practice enough.

Unprofessional. Innocently driving my car down Tacoma, minding my own business, when a brown-haired woman in FoRM scrubs was standing on the curb, aggressively flipping off all the Tesla drivers. Presumably out of anger at Elon? I drive a Tesla, but I’m also a former government employee and my old crew were all illegally sacked.
