My appointment with Chris was life changing! He is incredibly knowledgeable on the human body and fascia. I almost cried with the amount of tension release I felt afterwards. Just amazing! Than you Chris!
Had a wonderful experience at F+F! I was able to schedule an appointment the day of, which is hard to come by in Austin. Philip was kind, knowledgeable, and paid attention to my specific problem areas. Office is cute and clean and they also offer CBD oil and cupping as well. Will def be coming back.
An east side oasis! I stumbled upon this business when in town for work. It was a short and easy walk from the hotel, and stepping inside was so lovely. It had helpful and well-made products to purchase. Had a calm, coastal vibe. I highly recommend.
