Okay I wanted to leave a review because I almost didn’t rent from the building due to the bad reviews but I’m so glad I did! this building has a few bad reviews due to the concierge, but they seem to have addressed this problem as the concierge here now are the nicest people! Always helpful and happy to see you. A lot of the units here don’t have walk out balconies or windows but do have Juliette balconies that serve this purpose. The representative on the building shows no respect to tenants, and refused to help open the door even though I can prove that I live here. He threatened me to not let me in because he felt I yelled at him. It looks like he is the owner of the building.
We were waiting downstairs in the public seating space for an on-property business, when a representative from the Form apartment building came down and screamed at us to move, threatening to call the cops and arguing with the Bar, acting completely unprofessional
