FORCED TO LIVE IN COCKROACH INFESTED APT/KITCHEN (pictures included) We pay a monthly balance of $2738 and have always kept a clean and tidy apartment. Still, this complex is ridden with many roaches, rodents, and other pests roaming the building (i.e., the pool area, grilling area, rooftop, parking garage, gym, etc.). It didn’t bother us much (eh, it's just part of living in the city) until our kitchen was INFESTED with roaches, and Form 15 did little to NOTHING to help us with the issue.
