I have been coming to classes for over 6 months and I definitely feel stronger and have seen my body change for the better. I feel more energetic and love the atmosphere and instructor’s. I can go alone or with friends, it is always a great energy! Plus music is fun which makes the class seem to go quickly!
The most fun way to stay in shape! Dance, weight training and stretching.
My day is always better after a class, no matter my energy levels or mood. The classes infuse me with strength, vigor, and joy. Jazzercise allows me to do all the things I love...biking, kayaking, hiking, dancing, gardening, and more! The instructors are truly inspiring!
After over 20 years, I can truly say that I never get tired of Jazzercise. Not only is it a great workout that includes stretching, weights and cardio, it’s FUN and the instructors are so good and the music rocks! I’ve met some very special friends here, too! Love my Jazzercise class and you will too! Come try a free class any time and see for yourself!
UPDATE: my review still stands! Jazzercise is my go to fitness program. It is helping me to age gracefully and adds the fun to my life as well as having a community of like minded people who love to Jazzercise.
