Brian is knowledgeable, professional, and consistently delivers excellent service. I trust him with all of my bikes, and I'm always thoroughly impressed with the results. I even once left an old bike for a tune-up and forgot about it for close to a year, despite a couple of reminder phone calls. When I finally came back, the bike was ready and waiting, and Brian welcomed me with a smile. He's truly a great person to deal with!
