Worst service received by this company. They tried to rip me off saying they needed to take my forklift for a week and quoted me $850 when the only thing I needed to do was change the battery ($100 approx) DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY ARE ALL IN FOR THE MONEY AND WILL TELL YOU YOUR FORKLIFT HAS NON EXISTING PROBLEMS
Great technician but WORST CUSTOMER Service, specially from Mr. Jorge. Who was not reliable with the receptionist and myself. 1) First day of diagnostic, he was disrespectful with our receptionist. 2) After PO approval, he arrived without a scheduled service. 3) He wanted a pay onsite. I gently said that he received a confirmed Purchase Order, then with the signed work order we will create the check under General Manager approval. He got mad and said I KNOW WHERE YOU ARE.
