Very helpful in assisting me with tracking down correct part numbers for our lift. Prices and customer service far exceeded my expectations!
I called in with an issue on our forklift at our warehouse. Cody answered the phone and got someone out right away. Tech got it fixed. I would highly recommend this company. When you call ask for Cody - he will take care of you.
So disappointing. Upon first talking to them about servicing our forklift I was really excited. Unfortunately, never heard from them again. Called......nothing......responded to emails we exchanged......nothing. Just another company offering the same old customer service that has become the new normal.
Called to get some service on a piece of equipment and couldn't be happier. Will always use them for my service. Quick response, great communication, and fair pricing.
