This review is meant to be a warning for anyone wanting to apply here now or in the future. Not only is it disorganized and outdated as far as equipment and resources. But the management and owners are power crazy. They do not put workers safety first. They send you to jobs and you are told to "figure it out" with little to no resources. They micromanage your time, and adjust hours without consulting you. The owner (Leroy) is not involved personally and leaves all major responsibilities to the manager (Rana).
