RecommendedFork In The Road catered our wedding reception this past weekend. We had a mexican-themed dinner buffet (tortillas, grilled chicken, carne asada, toppings etc) along with raspberry and chocolate cupcakes. Both the food and service were amazing. The food was hot and ready, literally on the dot of when we wanted it ready, and they did an excellent job of setting up our cake table with the cupcakes. Catered my sisters wedding- everything was beautiful and DELICIOUS! Owner is a pleasure to work with.
Cathy the catering manager was quick to respond to emails, friendly, and professional. Everything was great from the ordering, payment, delivery, and display. They provided all the plates and plasticware and set it up to look nice and stay warm. We order the shredded chicken "RhubarBBQ" and it was delicious. Everyone loved the food. The portions were also HUGE which was great since running out of food is always a big fear! :)
We just had the Fork in the Road folks cater a small event in Pullman. All the arraignments were made form Western Washington by telephone. Cathy understood our desires and was able to guide us with what food items are popular in Pullman and would work best at the location we were going to be at. Cathy's food suggestions were excellent and everyone enjoyed the variety and choices of foods very much. Everyone was excited that they got to take some home with them after the event to enjoy the next day.
Love these guys! Amazing food and great customer service! I've had hired them to do small lunch meetings, cupcakes for 250 and a business function for 100 where they brought the food truck and had multiple options available for the guests.
Last month their food truck was in downtown Pullman and I tried their smoked chicken sandwich. It was cooked on the spot, the portion was generous, and the service was awesome. I recommend checking them out for a quick bite!
We have used Cathy and the crew from fork in the road for several of MPBS's ladies nights and other events and every time they knock it out of the park. Every time they show up with a happy, personable and upbeat team and obviously the food is always killer too! I would recommend them to anyone looking for any sort of catering job wheather it be a lunch in or for a after hours party for 1000 people, they got it down and are up for the task! Way to go Fork in the Road!👍
