We are here, says open… and Friday 5:30pm surprise. Shut down!
Placed an order through the phone which comes with 2 sides free. Came to the store and after leaving realized I was charged for the sides because their menu had changed and wasn’t reflected on the site and they didn’t realize. Was told that I needed to give the sides back in order to receive a refund even though it was their mistake and the person on the phone didn’t say anything when I ordered. Not sure why I am punished for their mistake but definitely makes me not want to come back
The food is good here, I have been twice and got the salmon wrap and the enchiladas. The service is not great, you have to wait up to 10 minutes just to be seated, then another 10-15 minutes before anyone comes to the table, and then another 30-35 minutes before your food is ready. The atmosphere is very cramped and if it is crowded you will basically be eating with the people next to you. They are also a cashless establishment.
I should have read the reviews before going here. Upon entering there’s a sign on the door that they are cashless a big turn off for me and I should have turned around and left as I prefer to pay cash wherever I can especially when tipping waitstaff. My food was over priced, over cooked and over salted. I ordered a green chile burger cooked medium and the tomato bisque as a side. My burger was cooked well done and dry.
