My favorite restaurant in the LKN area. Discovered them when they were 'Fork' and characterized as 'Farm to Table'. New name, new owners, same great food/service. Broad selection of Bourbon/Rye, and monthly drink specials are not inexpensive, but intersting mixes beyond the norm.
Always a good time at barrel and fork. Great spot shout out to James extensive knowledge of the menu/wines/ingredients and going above and beyond. Also shoutout to Taylor at the bar
This is a great special occassions place near the lake. Has a lovely outdoor area to sit. The inside is very eclectic and has a unique vibe. We had a starter caesar salad, bacon appetizer (yum) with Parmesan frites. Had a couple of glasses 🥂 of the red wine . For the main entree we had scallops and the salmon. Both dishes were delicious. Highly reccomend. Our waitress was very knowledable and attentive. Will be back.
This restaurant is unique and presents a beautiful environment to dine in. The indoor/outdoor appeal is great, but this restaurant has fallen off for me. It used to be such a special experience, but the food went from exceptional to all-around, bland. Cost is relative, but it's tough to consider entrees from $35 to $60, with zero flavor.
