They got the tree down without damaging anything and that was not easy. Beyond that their customer service is terrible. They showed up without calling first and had the gate open all day with no care for my chickens. They damaged the yard and I’m still waiting for them to repair it. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Very disorganized and they promise but don’t deliver. I gave 3 stars because they did get the tree down from a difficult position. Won’t use again.

Left my yard and fence with damage. Fence glued, part should have been replaced. I've been waiting weeks for yard repair they promised to do. Each time I contact, it's always a work order has been placed. Obviously they are getting lost. Their actual work ethic doesn't match their mission statement. If they had taken care of the damage the rating would be a bit higher.
