I rented a building from Jimmy Fuller here. He is a dishonest man. I installed my own 3 phase wiring and circuit breakers (at my cost). When I left I took my wiring with me. We did a walk through with me and never said anything about me pulling the wires and breakers. To clarify, this is wire specifically sized for the machine it is connected to.
