I live out of state and had agreed to delivery the day after Mothers Day (due to my late order). They went above and beyond to deliver the day before, communicating once delivered. My mom said the arrangement was gorgeous.
I’m so impressed! My husband stopped at Forgetta to request a bouquet with my favorite flower (lilacs) which he saw growing nearby and they made it happen! They did such a beautiful job. My favorite arrangement that I’ve ever received!
These people are amazing. I placed an order online and followed up with call. Customer service was so friendly and genuine. The arrangement arrived promptly, was full, lush and nothing but the best flowers. I asked for a cheerful arrangement to make my friend smile and she was thrilled. Save this florist....highest accolades and much appreciation for your quality work!
So happy I went with a local florist over a big name website. They went out of their way to deliver a day ahead of a major storm to ensure people got their flowers. It was such an amazing arrangement and floored her when she received it.
