Delivery was quick and I'm so happy the flowers turned out amazing. Ordered a Spring/Easter arrangement for a family member. It delivered on time, though they did not provide an update on the delivery. I emailed them to check the next day and got no response. I found out they were delivered from the recipient. Unfortunately the arrangement looks nothing like the photo on their website of what I ordered. Never would have ordered that and am embarrassed that is what was delivered. I contacted them about this yesterday via email and requested a refund and have heard nothing. I had ordered and arrangement online to be delivered to a funeral for a dear friend's mom who had passed. We requested a little upcharge to be sure the arrangement was full. I received a call back and we clarified the arrangement and size. Forgetta's went over and above sending me a video of the arrangement which was absolutely stunning! I was so appreciative of the extra care taken, the level of customer service, and the arrangement was so beautiful. I highly recommend Forgetta's Flowers.

I recently ordered flowers for my spouse’s birthday, and I was very disappointed to find out that they emailed her the payment receipt along with the birthday message—before the flowers were even delivered. This completely ruined the surprise I had planned. I wish they would put some thought into their service.
