I am so disappointed in how my order arrived as well as the customer service I received. When I saw what was delivered I called to find out what happened as I ordered 9 roses and there were only 3. I was told oh there should have been 6, but I ordered and paid for the premium arrangement which shows 9. I was then told that the reason it was short 3 roses was because they didn’t have a small teddy so they gave me a medium and downgraded my arrangement. Better flower shops in Sudbury to deal with. Got flowers here before , paid a lot and what I received was nothing like I was told.
Went in last week to order an arrangment for valentines day, came out beautifully and fair priced. Super helpful and friendly service.
