It has been YEARS since I met a florist in downtown Calgary who is as nice and welcoming as Amy! I’ve been to the best shops in the city and found many florists to have a snippy, tired, unapologetic attitude (despite the arrangements being good quality, exotic and expensive). This is the best florist I've ever seen. The quality of arrangement and customer service is impeccable. I received an extremely high quality arrangement that really brightened my girlfriends day. They even called me to see what timeline worked best for pick up.

This experience was genuinely good. The flowers were delivered to my mother's workplace exactly as I asked, though, they did forget to bring the chocolates I had purchased. However, this was no big deal as I was given the option to have it delivered to us still or to simply get a refund and I chose the latter. Great service and beautiful flowers!

I ordered from this shop today on Skip, and I honestly didn’t know what to expect. They did such a fantastic job, the flowers are so beautiful and of very high quality. This is the best experience I have had from a flower shop in this city. Thank you very much, I will be back for more flowers in the future!
