I am writing this review to comment on exceptional service that I received from this business on a holiday (Canada Day). Being from out of province, I came upon this floral shop randomly in a desperate attempt to send an arrangement from afar to a patient recovering from surgery at the Richmond Hospital. Made my daughter's graduation unforgettable I wanted something more than just flowers for my daughter's graduation day, and this shop delivered beyond anything I imagined. The bouquet was absolutely stunning — soft pink lilies, tulips, and greenery wrapped so beautifully — but the little graduation bear tucked inside was what made her eyes light up the moment she saw it. She held it the entire ceremony. Worth every single penny.
I was very disappointed with my purchase. I bought a sunflower bouquet for an important occasion in my life but none of the sunflowers opened up at all, even after several days. The bouquet did not look as expected and was not suitable for the occasion. Considering the price, I expected much better quality and fresher flowers. We had such a wonderful experience and couldn’t be happier with the bouquet we received. It was absolutely stunning and even more beautiful than we imagined. The colours and arrangement were perfect and really brought everything together. We received so many compliments! What really stood out was how sweet and amazing the owner, Afarin was to work with.
