First time trying Michael's therapeutic massage and it was great. He used a combination of manual massage, intermittent compression device for the legs and thighs, and suction cups. This worked to relieve my aching muscles and relaxed my body. He did an amazingly professional job. He also gave me an NHS discount and a loyalty card. His therapy room is very professional. I will definitely book regular sessions with him.

I went to Forget me Knot after many recommendations with a long standing issue. This issue was resolved at my appointment and I am now pain free when I hadn’t been for weeks and weeks. The environment is welcoming and relaxing, Michael truly works wonders, has fountains of knowledge and takes time to listen to the actual problem. I didn’t think I’d be fixed and the relief it’s given me..wow! Thank you so much!

My 1st visit today. Michael is very knowledgeable and I certainly felt I had a deep tissue massage. I felt amazing afterwards, very professional and friendly. Made me feel at ease straight away. I would highly recommend Micheal and will be returning.

Absolutely fantastic, I i actually feel lighter. Hadn't had a single minutes sleep for 3 days prior to my appointment, such was the pain I was in. Slept like a baby that night. Booked a family member in straight after my appointment. I seriously CAN RECOMMEND. I will be going back on a regularly on a maintenance basis. If you have aches, pains, back problems, FMK is a MUST GO TO. Thanks again.

Very friendly and warm experience. Greeted at the door of the first time appointment. Understood my needs and knowledgable. Worked on my areas that needed the most attention. Felt like I knew Micheal for a long while, wouldn't have thought it was our first appointment. Have a great mutual interest in dogs, so instantly he was awesome. Definitely be returning in due course. Look forward to it to be honest.
