Really great sports massage / deep tissue. Strongly recommend ive had two full body massages and both have really helped with knots and aches.
Michael offers a great service! It’s the second time I’ve used his services and I leave every time feeling relaxed! Telling him where you’re in pain he makes sure to focus on that area to relieve the issues you’re facing. Would 100% recommend!

Both me and my mum went to forget me knot for a back and shoulder massage. From start to finish the experience was nothing but professional, very informative and respectful of our needs. We was very comfortable and had a laugh along the way, the massage itself felt rough at times but this was very needed to loosen muscles. I had a full body massage with Michael last week, my first ever sports massage, as expected there were definitely some painful spots but Michael was great at helping me through it and assured me that if it was too much we would move on. He has a very friendly and comforting demeanor and I look forward to our upcoming sessions
