Forger-Kunkel is a very professional and responsive company. My father has been using them for many years! They are always reliable; they do good work; they are our "go to" folks for any heating and plumbing issues we have in the house (and there have been many!) The staff has always been respectful, friendly and timely. Kyle took care of our two last issues and he is great! Thanks for offering such good service locally. We wish you continued success...
Forger-Kunkel really helped me out with a hard to access house main water leak. They were easy to communicate with and showed up when they said they would. They were friendly, easy to work with and reasonably priced compared to local plumbers. I would happily work with them again and recommend them to others.
We've been using Forger-Kunkel for years now - ever since we bought our house. They are the best! Always professional. Always take the time to figure out the problem with our plumbing. They do a great job. Also while you have to leave a message on their machine, they're good at getting right back to you, so definitely leave the message rather than trying to call back. Highly recommend!
Maybe their service was better in the past, reviews r good which is why I called them. But I have to agree w “Kery” review. They came for a 15 minute consult, I didn’t end up going w them, not for any reason. Then I received a bill for $227??? When I called to inquire they said ‘yeah we called to schedule and u never returned w an answer.’ So u bill me for work that was never done? These guys are terrible. First of all, they don’t even give you an appointment. They just say our guys will show up whenever they can. They are so arrogant. They charge you for time they are never there. I never Write reviews but this company was so arrogant, deceitful and bad, that I had To say something.
