Great little gym, I travel a lot for work and have visited 100s of facilities. The staff is friendly, the equipment is older but very organized and well maintained, and the prices are super reasonable. Great vintage feel has just about anything you need. I'm only reviewing because I read the Google reviews and almost didn't go.

This gym became my favorite out of all the gyms ive tried. Friendly and welcoming staff, very quiet, non crowded. Small children play area while my husband and i get our workout in. Thank you!

Horrible service. No air conditioning. No provided water. Unsanitary. Unfriendly members. I really wish I could of enjoyed my workout but I notice no one cleans their equipment after they use them. Sweat was left over on the benches.

Great please to workout, very friendly and helpful. I use Mark for my personal training needs and I have seen awesome results in the 2 months I’ve been there.
