I did the 42 day fit challenge with forged fitness, and I did great. I exceeded my goal of 25 lbs, and I feel amazing. The coaches are very great at taking time to break down the exercises and they do a great job at pushing you. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone who is interested in getting in shape, or just improving your body. Thanks!
