Bunch of bots and artificial reviews If theres an option for 0 star, i would have pick it 100 times over. Slow response by my assigned agent, no care at all or assistance after lease were signed, including producing references. Bond refund is lousy with never ending "we are processing" Deceptive advertising, apartment had infestation issue that was deliberately covered up and wasn't informed in the condition report. Tried to add unnecessary charges in the professional cleaning invoice despite there being no carpets at all.
