my friend lives in an apartment managed by forge’s and it has been by far the most poorly run, neglected house they’ve ever lived in. here are some reasons why: - the porch of this house has been condemned for 10 years, and the tenants are forced to still use the porch because they weren’t given keys to the front entrance. - the washing machine in the basement caught on fire due to it being old, and it has not been replaced. -there are no smoke detectors or fire extinguishers in the apartment. - the property managers consist... read more
The space I rented for my business had a lot of mice, electrical problems, and no ventilation. There was always mouse poop at the entrance. I had to move. They don't invest in maintenance. I sent the move out letter more than a month in advance, and no one contacted me. I sent messages to the contact person, and they only responded when they could resolve the issue. They never contacted me for the keys.
Worst landlords and management group I have ever dealt with or seen. No accountability. Rodent infested living spaces. Take your security deposit for drilling into wall when they said I could! Never ever rent with this company they are awful and make your life miserable. In the year I was a tenant they never picked up the phone or sent proper maintenance. Their landlord never even told us his name. HORRIBLE STAY AWAY!!!
I have been trying to reach this company regarding a rental that is on many apartment sites. I have left a voicemail, filled out a contact form on their webpage and attempted to reach them through their many advertisements. No answer.
Poor communication. I gave them multiple options when we were available to see a listing and I’d have to follow up multiple times for them respond. And they never seemed to be available during the times I gave them. Fortunately we found another apartment with a good property management team who were responsive. If they couldn’t even respond to schedule a tour, I feel like they wouldn’t be too great at responding to tenants.
