I’ve called multiple times trying to get a tour of an apartment, and I have gotten no response, this is unacceptable for renters to trying to rent your property. There is no sense of communication and it is frustrating trying to get in touch with you. Me and my friends are just trying to get an apartment for the summer and upcoming school year. I would really appreciate it if you guys would call me back and set up an appointment to tour the apartment.
I was scheduled for a virtual tour of the apartment. The gentlemen who showed me the apartment was very nice and informative. However, after putting in the application, I haven't heard back from anyone. When they do communicate is text only. There does not appear to be live person in the office. In the prior reviews the response from management directs people to call the office or email, however, no one answers the phone or return emails. Made an arrangement with Alec to tour an apartment a few weeks ago on a Saturday morning after a week of work. It was pouring rain, and I drove 90 minutes from the Berkshires. On the way, a speeding car hydroplaned into my lane spinning a full 360 degrees and missed me by inches. When I showed up, Alec was not there, and I had no notification from him at any time that his plans had changed. They are never available, no matter how you try to contact them they will not get back to you.
my friend lives in an apartment managed by forge’s and it has been by far the most poorly run, neglected house they’ve ever lived in. here are some reasons why: - the porch of this house has been condemned for 10 years, and the tenants are forced to still use the porch because they weren’t given keys to the front entrance. - the washing machine in the basement caught on fire due to it being old, and it has not been replaced. -there are no smoke detectors or fire extinguishers in the apartment. - the property managers consist... read more
