This organization is horrible. I was referred to them by a hospital that deals with cancer patients. I was given an intake within that week. That process was very impersonal. She read from a script, did not look at me in the video and after an hour, closed the discussion letting me know someone would be in touch in 3-5 working days. It has now been over a month and despite countless phone messages to follow up, there has been no worker scheduled. This is not mental health services but mental abuse!
