I entered an IOP group at Forge Health (Paramus) around 2022 and again in 2026. I was privileged both times with wonderful clinicians, whom always made me feel respected and understood. My time with this facility has provided me with invaluable insight to my inner-workings. Around 12/2025 I requested my medical records through the Forge website, as per instructed, and never recieved them.
