Picked up a check today like I always do rude manager at the front couldn’t help herself but to try and argue because I wasn’t comfortable shouting my address with a man I don’t know standing 2 feet behind me ! DO BETTER !!!!!!!!

DELCO CU is not a Mom & Pop store anymore. Had 2 bad experiences in 35 years both after the merge. That was just at the beginning...non since. I think they found thier groove. I do long distance banking and get person service. I'd give a 4.5 if I could.

I really didn’t want to write this review. But I have been with Forge for years. The front desk staff is very helpful and understanding. But the one lady Kimmy is very rude. The way she talk to me when I call makes me uncomfortable /not wanting to talk to her. It was numerous times I called and ask her if I can speak to someone else that would understand she told me NO! And she was the only person that could take care my issue. She don’t know how to talk to people. I wish it was someone else I can talk to when I call the off... read more

The Ladies at the front desk are always helpful and professional and always help me work thru whatever my financial needs are! I highly recommend Forge as your credit union try it out you won’t be disappointed by the way there rates are very good and competitive! I appreciate the ladies at FORGE AND ALL WHO WORK THERE!
