This is one of the best stores I have ever bought from for magic the gathering. They have the most competitive prices that I’ve seen, and they honor promises made to patrons. I only wish there was a physical store near me, so that I could buy my singles there.
You may be expected to pay for a mistake the business makes, and it may mess with other preorders you have with them. From my initial discovery of the site, I had ordered a good handful of items from them, both available product and preorders. My most recent orders arrived and, of course I opened them. 2 days after delivery/opening, they message me saying they accidentally sent me an extra product and asked if I could return it.
